If you looking are for a heavenly experience in the comfort of your own home, the Ultimate Plus might just be for you. With 123 jets hammering away at your muscles, including enormous 7-inch Torrent Jets pounding at your back, the Ultimate Plus will literally transport you to another world.  

DESIGN

Taking cue from our new Destiny Spa, the Ultimate Plus includes a new curvaceous design which literally wraps itself around the body. Even without the massage jets turned on, the snug fitting seats, combined with warm water, will send your body into sleep mode.

TORRENT JETS

The Ultimate Plus offers a massage experience like no hot tub we have ever offered. For the first time ever we have included three of our next generation Torrent Jets.  Each Torrent Jet is 7 is inches wide and contains 8 different nozzles. What does this mean in practice? Well, these Torrent Jets actually feel as though someone has just pointed 8 individual powerful jets in a single direction. The massage effect is incredible.

We have also increased the diversity of Jets, The Ultimate Plus now includes 10 different types of jets, including huge 4" directions jets which you can position toward that particular problem area, and 10 rotating jets which rapidly whirl away as if you had your very own personal masseuse.  Finally, we have also included air switches which when opened, introduce tiny air particles into the water flow. This completely changes the feel and intensity of the massage.

This will truly light up your Spa experience as the Ulitmate Plus is fiited with 4 corner exterior cabinet LED Lit lights, 30 LED lit jets, 30 LED lit surface lights with 3 LED fountains and an LED waterfall.

SOUND

New orders for Spring 2018, will include the market leading Gecko In.Stream 2 audio system, where you can play your music wirelessly and will also include a subwoofer - you will feel the base, creating the ultimate party environment.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

We know how important energy efficiency is and we have included a number of features to keep running costs as low as possible.

The Ultimate Plus includes insulation on the underside of the shell, on the underside of the cabinet, and on the top of the base. This creates a vacuum of hot air underneath the hot tub. Why is this important? Two big reasons:

1) Imagine the way our hot tubs work. Water is sucked out of the hot tub by a pump, and then forced back in again though the jets. If this area was not insulated, the water will rapidly loose its temperature as it flows through the pipework.
 2) The air blowers in our hot tubs pull warm air from this area and inject it into the hot tub. Without the insulation these air blowers will simply pull in cold air, which in turn cools down the water and causes your heaters to work twice as hard.

CLASS-LEADING CONTROLS

The Ultimate Plus has an award-winning control system offering you reliable, efficient and easy to use control of your hot tub. Fitted with a Gecko system which are made in Canada to the highest standards, this couldn't be easier to use.

All spas have synthetic PVC skirting, which is easier to maintain than real wood as it doesn't require treatment or varnishing. Real wood options are available if desired.

Our shells are vaccuum-formed acrylic that is then reinfoced with fibreglass, making it extremely strong. We then add a thick layer of polyurethane This also means that the shell loses less heat, making it more economical to run. In addition to excellent gloss and color retention, our Bio-Lok® surfaces are naturally resistant to a build up of bacteria and biofilm. Hygienic, environmentally responsible, durable and easy-to-clean.

The air-tight, rodent proof ABS base is filled with foam to prevent losing heat through the ground. An additional layer of blanket insulation along with a heat-reflective coating is added to the inside of the skirting panels to help reduce your electricity bills. It also lowers your pump noise, offering a more peaceful spa experience and helping keep your neighbours happy!

How To Order

All our  Hot Tubs prices are inclusive of VAT, UK delivery and positioning.

We will use a two man delivery and special spa kart to move the tub into position. We will generally require a minimum width of 105cm, although allow more for larger spas. Please check our guide for Hot Tub Positioning to ensure it is suitable to deliver to your premises. We can arrange a Kerbside Delivery, however you will be responsible for moving your Hot Tub into position.

The positioning is not an installation service. Your electrician will need to connect the spa to your supply. You then follow our simple hot tub guide to get the spa ready for use.

If you require a crane service this is an additional fee in which we can provide you with a quote for.

LEAD TIME

Lead times can vary depending on stock levels. If your spa is in stock then delivery is usually within 2-3 days. If the spa is in transit between the factory and the warehouse then lead times could be from 3-10 weeks, whereas if your spa needs to be built from scratch then the lead time is 10-12 weeks. Please contact us for more information about your chosen spa.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2020 - Due to exceptionally high demands and delays related to COVID-19, our current production lead times are estimated at 14-16 weeks. 

COLLECTING YOUR HOT TUB

You’re welcome to collect your new hot tub yourself from our distribution centre in Leicestershire, we will contact when you purchase your Hot Tub to arrange a collection date.

PAYMENT METHODS / FINANCE

We currently accept payments by bank transfer (BACS) or by credit/debit card through our website or by phone. For Finance we are FCA registered.

WARRANTY

We’re proud of the high quality of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our hot tubs are designed to last a lifetime but we appreciate that, occasionally, things do go wrong.

That’s why your new hot tub will be covered by comprehensive warranties, giving you invaluable peace of mind that your investment is protected. And of course, our trained staff are also always on hand to offer help, advice and technical support with your spa.

It’s all part of our commitment to hassle-free service, and to making it simple for you to buy and own a hot tub. Our warranty is one of the most comprehensive on the market. They include as standard:

2 year shell structure warranty. 
This covers the shell against water loss.

2 year shell surface warranty.
The covers the shell surface against cracks, peeling and de-lamination.

2 year cabinet/skirting warranty.
This protects your skirting in case a fault occurs. 

2 year component warranty.
This covers major components such as the pumps, control system and heater.

We can usually book engineer appointments within 7 days of a problem being reported.
