We can’t provide you with a crane but we can help you source one. How long have you been trading?
Direct Hot Tubs trading name of Combined Shipping Co Ltd started trading in November 2004, we are an employee owned business with over 18 years in the Industry of supplying and selling spas, we have the knowledge and experience to help you choose the right spa.
Why are your prices so low?
The problem isn’t that our prices are low – it’s that everyone else’s are expensive! For example, when you buy from one of the larger American dealers, you’re buying from a showroom which has bought from the UK distributor, who’s brought from a US distributor, who’s bought from the US manufacturer... There are so many links in the supply chain and so many margins to be added on.
Here at Direct Hot Tubs we source our hot tubs directly from the manufacturer and only sell online which reduces our overheads. As an ethically-minded business, we then pass these savings on to you.
Do you sell refurbished hot tubs?
Yes, occasionally. If we have any in stock, you’ll find them listed on our website.
