How to Drain & Clean Your Hot Tub

It is recommended that you drain and clean your Hot Tub every 3 to 4 months, depending on the amount of use.

Turn off the power to your Hot Tub.

At the bottom of your Hot Tub there is a drain plug, pull this out and turn it slightly to release the water, this can take up to an hour depending on the size of the Hot Tub.

With Hot Tub Cleaner, spray the inside of your Hot Tub and wipe with a damp cloth all the insides of the Hot Tub.

Make sure you don’t leave any cleaner in your Hot Tub as this could cause the Hot Tub to foam when you refill it.

Remove and clean your Filters, please follow guide on Filter Care. Replace them once cleaned.

Refill your hot tub by placing the hose pipe well into the Filter, so the water runs through the filters and into the pipes.

Turn the power back on to your Hot Tub, ensuring the correct temperature is set.

It is essential that general maintenance is carried out to maintain the life span of the Hot Tub, BUT, more importantly to avoid risk to Health due to poor hygiene of Hot Tub.
